First timer here, my husband purchased our new LG washer and dryer here and when he got it home the drain hose on the washer was leaking from a small hole and he called the store and Bradly had someone out in less than an hour with a replacement, and he didn’t leave until he made sure the washer was working with no leaks in the hose.
